Membership in the Georgetown Real Estate Alumni Association (GREAA) is open to all graduates, current students and faculty of Georgetown University’s Real Estate Programs. Additionally, individuals who did not graduate from Georgetown but are currently working in the industry and share our strong interest in advancing the community of real estate professionals can join GREAA as an Affiliate Member.

GREAA uses Membership dues, donations and event revenues strictly for the ongoing development of the organization.  GREAA operates as an independent, all-volunteer organization with no employees. Board Members receive no compensation. 

GREAA is registered as a Non-Profit Organization in the District of Columbia and Federally as a tax-exempt organization under IRC Section 501(c)(3).  Contributions, bequests, devises or transfers of gifts made to GREAA are deductible under IRC Section 170.   The Tax Identification Number for the Georgetown Real Estate Alumni Association is 47-2283269.
